I have been using Adzooma for a few months and this has really helped me in winning new clients. Not only does my company win clients in the UK but around Europe too! The platform has been easy to use and I check to update the opportunities so this give my business an edge in my market place. I would really recommend the use of Adzooma fast and easy reports and results are coming in! Great people too - I met Ateiqa and she was really helpful when she called me after our meeting and has given me further help with reporting.

I used Adzooma for three years, and while it initially showed promise, the experience steadily declined over time. The most glaring issue was the lack of responsive support. Anytime I reached out, there was either no reply or a long-winded excuse that didn't solve the problem. The functionality was another major disappointment. They attempted a reskin of the platform, but the new UI was a disaster. It felt clunky, unintuitive, and somehow managed to make things worse. Even Google's Ads recommendations (which most ad managers know aren’t great) were better than what Adzooma provided — and that’s saying a lot. What really pushed me over the edge, though, were the “opportunities” they provided. Most of them weren’t even actionable, leaving me questioning the entire purpose of the platform. When you combine the poor online support, failed design upgrades, and subpar performance, it became clear it was time to move on. Adzooma really needs to listen more to its users and invest in making their platform functional. Until then, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I found Adzooma to be a significant disappointment. The platform primarily aggregates recommendations that are already available for free within Google and Microsoft Ads. Since you still have to manually review and apply these suggestions, it adds very little efficiency to the workflow. Furthermore, the lack of a free trial forces you to pay upfront just to see the dashboard. When I realized the tool didn't add value and requested a cancellation within two days, they refused a refund. Save your money and stick to the native ad managers.
