We hired this agency as our digital marketing campaign provider, website developer, and CEO. I must mention that despite our company's lack of technical expertise and several delays in receiving information, the process with this agency was not positive. They should inform clients from the outset that they require a minimum set of prerequisites to move forward with their objectives. Furthermore, they failed to deliver the website to our satisfaction and did not complete the migration process. We had to hire a third party to handle this. Overall, our experience with this agency was not the best.

On the positive side, I must highlight that they have a large team, at least in terms of size, and that they are always willing to help and participate in meetings. The negative aspect lies in the execution and the results. If your company is large and can spend thousands of dollars on trial and error, you will likely see long-term results with this agency. However, if you are a small company, you should look for someone else who is more dedicated to your project.

This Colombian, Spanish, and Mexican marketing agency is terrible. They really just make a mockery of their clients. For example, Carlos, the project leader in Mexico, and his team just make fun of current and former clients, saying things like, "I'm just stalling." It's a shame they have "professionals" like that in their company. They're just trying to squeeze money out of you. This agency is all about making money for one thing and then another, and that's how they operate. They supposedly give you a work plan, but it's incredibly restrictive.
