Zero communication between the staff. Unserious. I can't explain how they work at all. Probably because of the lack of other alternatives in Shumen, this advertising agency exists. After visiting 4 places that offer door sign making, I was sent to Bella Joy because they offer laser engraving. I visited their office, a kind employee told me to send an email with a photo of what exactly I want, details and phone number. 26 hours later, there is neither a phone call nor a response by email. After two calls from me (since the employee who was at work today was on vacation until yesterday), it turned out that they couldn't make such a sign - a basic two-layer one. Another call followed, several emails, a chat on Viber. In the end, due to the impossibility of finding another place to order it from (and I'm not from the city) I chose one of the two types they offer. We clarified things and 2 days later there is no sign. The employee didn't know anything because she was on vacation until yesterday. I explicitly said it was for Saturday as it was a symbolic wedding gift. I don't recommend it! Not at all

I am very pleased with the service and the fast workmanship. The lady who works there was understanding and patient and did exactly what I wanted. Thank you! I highly recommend!
