Рекламна Агенция "Оле Принт"

Extremely frivolous and dishonest advertising agency! I ordered stickers nearly 4 weeks ago. The deadline for fulfillment was 1 week. After repeatedly calling and going to the agency, the stickers were provided to me in an extremely unacceptable form. Cut out as if with scissors! Apart from that, one model was not printed as ordered, and another of the models was not prepared at all. The answer - "I clearly did not understand"... I returned them and they told me that they would make new ones the same day. I went 2 days later and they were not ready. At the end of the week I called to ask what was going on because no one ever answered my email, not once. They told me that they had a problem with the machine and would call me when they were ready. Another 2 weeks passed, during which time I wrote emails to ask if there was any progress. No one answered me. The order, although small, was paid for the first time. Draw your own conclusions about whether it is worth trusting this advertising agency, wasting your time, and receiving a poor-quality product.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ STAY AWAY ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I looked for different places to print stickers. Only from the email correspondence can you understand what attitude they have towards customers. In my email I had described in detail what I wanted and asked what the printing options were. I was most interested in the price and the answer was: "The price is according to the size and quantity." When an advertising agency has technical problems, i.e. they cannot handle their own advertising, it means that their services should not be used. I am contacting Alexandra Atanasova by email, and in the signature below Hati Uruchova, Marketing Expert. 🔥🔥🔥 PLEASE USE WITH EXTREME CAUTION🔥🔥🔥

Very nice service and good qualityof the products. Would go there again.
