Agência WnWeb - Criação de Sites, Loja Virtual, SEO e Marketing Digital

The company's reaction to negative feedback already gives you an idea of their level of professionalism. ;) Remember that different people have different opinions, different perspectives, and different experiences. And I've already had enough arguments on Google's platform with this company that can't handle negative feedback after a negative experience without pointing fingers and giving inconsistent responses. I don't recommend a company that, after reading a negative experience after two months of trying, responds by arguing and inflaming the situation on a public review page. There are more professional companies out there. Unprofessional, poor service, sometimes treats the customer with mockery. You have to constantly monitor them to ensure they fulfill their agreements. And they might even do poorly. For example, one of the contracted services was guest posting. What did this company do? They placed guest posts on sites with a DA (domain authority) of 1 (!!!), DA 15... it seems like a joke. When questioned about the poor metrics, the justification was that it's not in the contract that the guest post would be on a good site. When asked what he did in the second month of the contract, he replied that he wouldn't give that information. When asked how we would then have a benchmark for the service we were paying for, to know whether or not to continue, the answer was that some clients like it. I tried to see if they would be a professional and efficient company paying a high price for two months (because it's not cheap, especially for the "return") and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And they didn't give me any discount; the SEO package discount is on the website for EVERYONE who wanted to hire them. According to them, it's a pandemic promotion. Probably to get new clients during a crisis? And no, nothing outside the contract was requested. Besides the terrible service, the company also responds with lies to try to clean up its image... I don't recommend
