Agence Lecomte

Great stay and super friendly staff!! Thank you Team Lecomte 🙌🙌 …

I do not recommend this agency. First of all, we received a note with the wrong address, and then we had to wait on the street with all our luggage for an agency employee. This took almost an hour!! We were given a dirty apartment that smelled of mildew! Below are some photos. The ladies at the office claimed that the apartment had been cleaned on the same day. Our stay was booked for two nights, but we left after the first night. We could not relax in an apartment full of black hairs (I think dog hair). The sofa in the living room was completely stained, with blood on the cushions!!! The bedding (which we paid extra for) smelled bad. I reported everything to the lady at the office. After three weeks, I sent my first email because we had not received the deposit refund. Another week passed, and I sent a second reminder email, as I still had not received my money. The next day, I received a refund of 20 euros instead of 100. We simply feel cheated. We left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived, because I had to clean it before using anything. Scammers, scammers. I strongly advise against using this agency

PERFECTION!!!! The reception was extremely efficient and helpful. We rented a family apartment with the most amazing sea views!!! We especially loved being so central, 5 minutes from from the shopping area and surrounded with great restaurants on the promenade! Thank you for a memorable stay in Ostende! We will be back😍
