I received an email from CAPAC confirming that I had sent the necessary documents. After a while without any updates, I made an appointment and was seen an hour and twenty minutes late. All this only to be told that some documents were missing (which I had already sent, no less).

Lack of coordination regarding the completed (incorrect) documents, even though I submitted all the necessary documents on time. I was on reduced hours due to medical reasons, then on a flexi-job. I received unemployment benefits, but not for the CAPAC (a specific type of unemployment benefit)!! Always problems with paperwork, problems attaching them, endless waiting times. I went there the other day for a supplement to my unemployment benefits (I worked 30 hours/month). They told me I wasn't entitled to it since I had worked (earned €300 +/-). I told them it was impossible to live on that amount for a month. They checked, and lo and behold, another mistake! I recommend you avoid them at all costs, and if you can afford it, join a union (it costs money), but you'll see the difference immediately!!! Just a bunch of incompetents
