A Disastrous Experience with Orange Subscriptions through Ipsys I had the worst experience in Belgium when trying to set up Orange subscriptions through the company Ipsys, specifically with their representative, Elmahdi B. What should have been a simple contract of around 100 EUR per month turned into a nightmare that resulted in nearly 980 EUR in additional costs. After reviewing and signing the contract with Ipsys for Orange, Elmahdi B. made several mistakes with the subscription options, leading to significant extra charges. Despite being promised a zero-fee internet installation, I was shocked to receive a bill for 399 EUR. Additionally, I specifically requested an option for international calls, for which I pay monthly, but I’m still being charged extra for calls outside Belgium. The whole situation feels like a scam, as neither Orange nor Ipsys seem interested in resolving it. I’ve called both companies countless times, only to be passed back and forth with no concrete resolution. Despite their promises, my subscription is still incorrect, and I’m being billed for costs clearly caused by their mistake. I signed a clear contract with them that outlines what I requested, but it seems they have no intention of honoring it and are simply ignoring the issue. I strongly recommend avoiding this combination of services – I’ve only experienced frustration, unnecessary expenses, and what feels like outright deception. Update: After I was assured by Ipsys Solutions that the problem was solved, today Orange interrupted all my subscriptions. How can this be possible?!

Horrible sales tactics. I made the mistake of listening to one of their sales reps once. Concluded the call with no action as i was not really interested. No apparently our number is on one of their lists, and we get multiple calls every week which I all stop politely before they can start their sales speech. I've asked every one of these calls to delete our number from their list but the next day i get another call. This company is horrible and if this is their pre-sales procedure, I don't even want to know how bad their after sales is going to be.
