Margin Media

Engaged Margin Media for Klaviyo email marketing on a monthly retainer. Unfortunately, the service fell well short of an acceptable professional standard. Draft campaigns repeatedly contained basic errors (including incorrect product names and wrong product references), and there was a lack of familiarity with our catalogue. More importantly, several foundational items discussed from the outset — including proper database segmentation and key integrations — were not completed during the engagement. Reporting and delivery lacked structure and clarity, and overall the experience did not provide the outcomes represented. We would not use this service again.

Working with Margin Media has been a fantastic experience. The team are truly invested in helping our brand grow. They took the time to understand our goals and delivered tailored digital marketing strategies that produced positive results. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with—highly recommend!

Transferring our digital marketing across to Margin Media has been one of the best decisions that we have made as a business. The Margin Media team has been so responsive, quickly and efficiently putting a well-designed plan in place across our two businesses. Communication from Delia and Zac has been exceptional, data is compiled into easily readable formats with key information extracted, making it easy to get to the important insights quickly. Best marketing team I've worked with, we've recommended them to everyone!
