SpyFu has been on my radar for many years. I don't know why I waited so long to actually subscribe to it. Now I'm so glad I did so! First off, the amount of competitor survey information they provide is thorough. I'm constantly amazed at what I find, not only about my competition. I also find out how my own sites are doing in comparison! Way cool! Besides that, two things stand out about SpyFu. The most important one is the quick response from tech support. My questions always get answers super fast. And I've even had Zoom chats with folks there. They obviously want me to succeed! The second outstanding aspect of SpyFu is their blog posts, especially those with videos. They are very informative and helpful. And the videos are pretty entertaining. The company clearly has fun doing what they do, and it shows in how they interact with me.
