1 star. We hired Guaranteed PPC to run Google Ads. For the first 5 months, we were told they were “building landing pages.” When they finally delivered, the pages were basically copy-paste content pulled from our existing website. No real strategy, no thoughtful structure, no clear improvement. Worse, they did not set up attribution on these new pages, so we could not properly track performance. They also did not connect things correctly to our CRM, which made lead tracking and follow-up a mess. After 3 more months, we were spending thousands of dollars on spam and low quality leads. Total waste of money. When we asked to cancel, they argued the “6 month contract” was not fulfilled, even though we signed over 8 months ago. Their explanation was that they had “only done ads for 3 months” and the contract was for “6 months of ads,” which is not how this was presented to us. Billing was the final straw. After pushing back, we kept getting charged, and the charges showed up under different credit card processors. I also could never get ahold of Corey. I had to call, then I would get a call back 1 to 2 days later. This is a warning. Based on our experience, they do not understand Google Ads, they rely on dated methods, and support is terrible. I do not recommend doing business with Corey or Guaranteed PPC.
