Giving it one star is already a lot; they don't qualify. We trusted their services through our company, FullPack, and they didn't fulfill any of the agreement. They made us work hard developing templates, brief information they never created, analyzed it, and when it came to implementing it, they failed at everything. They changed the terms of their original proposal, where we closed the agreement by contracting the entire service, and the next month, nothing was working anymore. All they care about is driving you crazy with calls to sell you more services and increase the monthly billing. The owner, Leo, a person I spoke with on the phone and raised this issue, never had the humility to listen and improve. I did complain that we don't pay the subscription fee from 1 to 5, even though FullPack is a company with over 30 years of experience and has never had a problem paying a supplier. But anyway, I think their specialty is showing magical videos from the internet with self-help sales phrases as if they had a magic wand. If they continue with their magic formula, there's bound to be a greengrocer's shop on Carreras 8445, where FullPack is located, because they'd bankrupt us. It's unfortunate to come across this kind of company that claims to be marketing.
