Top Draw

We had several issues with our incumbent marketing firm, and needed a better fit...Top Draw has exceeded our expectations on every level! Their ability to grasp and listen to our needs, coupled with their clear communication and responsiveness—particularly during a time where they took over the reins from our incumbent during our busy intake season (thanks Ken, Max, and Alyssa!)—have been a huge help that has got us going in the direction we needed.

I have attended a presentation with Ken and learned some things and appreciate the efficient approach. Max and I had a great call and I felt heard. I haven't wanted a 3rd meeting from another firm like this before and like the whole vibe and experience. I also like that they are willing to Collaborate with my team rather than take over.

I had an incredible mentorship session with Max, and I can’t recommend her enough. She provided clear, actionable guidance that was tailored specifically to my business needs. Max broke things down in a way that was easy to understand but also highly strategic, and I left our meeting feeling more focused, confident, and energized. She offered invaluable recommendations around SEO, analytics, content structure, international expansion, and overall brand development. I appreciated how thorough she was and how generously she shared her expertise. Her support has already made a significant difference as I work on implementing her suggestions. Thank you, Max, for your time, insight, and encouragement. Your mentorship truly exceeded my expectations. — Yolande
